                          Creole Seafood Seasoning

     1/3 c  Salt
 
     1/3 c  Paprika
 
     1/4 c  Black pepper
 
     1/4 c  Garlic powder
 
       3 tb Onion powder
 
       2 tb Cayenne pepper
 
       2 tb Oregano
 
       2 tb Thyme
 
  
 
   1. Combine all ingredients and mix throughly.
 
   2. Pour into large glass jar and seal tightly. Keeps indefinitely.
 
   NOTE: If black pepper is not to your taste, reduce amount to half.
