                         new mexico bbq sauce
    2                    haas avocados -- chopped coarsely
    2                    tomatoes -- seeded

    6      ounces        good quality blue cheese
    6      ounces        cayenne buttermilk dressing
                         chopped romaine lettuce
 
 Toss romaine lettuce in CayenneButtermilk dressing, season with salt and
 freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
