                          Broccoli with Orange Sauce

     2      10 oz pkgs    frozen broccoli spears
       1/4  cup           margarine
     1      tablespoon    cornstarch
     1      tablespoon    grated orange peel
       1/2  cup           orange juice
  
  Cook broccoli.  Melt margarine and remove from heat.  Stir in cornstarch
  and orange peel.  Stir in orange juice.  Cook over med.heat, stirring
  ocnstantly, until mixture is thickened.  Reduce to low heat; simmer 1 min.
  Serve over cooked broccoli.
