                           EASY HAMBURGER QUICHE

    1                    Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
      1/2   lb           Lean ground beef
      1/2   c            Milk (I use non-fat)
      1/2   c            Best foods mayonnaise
      1/2   c            Milk
    2                    Eggs
    1       tb           Corn starch
    1 1/2   c            Chopped cheddar or swiss
                         -cheese (1/2 lb)
      1/3   c            Chopped green onion
    1       d            Pepper
 
   Brown meat in microwave. Drain fat and set aside.
   Blend milk, mayo, eggs and cornstarch until smooth (I
   use my Cuisinart). Stir in meat, cheese, onion, and
   pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake in 350~ oven 35
   to 40 minutes or until golden on top and knife
   inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6.
