                 Homemade Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling Mix

    1 3/4  cups          cornstarch

 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.  Stir with a wire whisk until ble
 nded.  Pour into a 4 cup container with a tight fitting lid.  Seal containe
 r; label with date and contents.  Store in a cool, dry place.  Use within 4=
  months.
