       Title: Strawberry Almond Butter

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
     1/2 lb Fresh strawberries
     1/2 lb Butter
       1 lb Powdered sugar
     1/2 c  Finely ground almonds
            Pinch of salt (optional)
  
   Clean and hull the strawberries and press through a
   colander.  Cream butter with powdered sugar and work
   in the strawberries.  When well mixed, stir in almonds
   and pinch of salt, if desired.  Typed in MMFormat by
