      1/4  cup           white wine
      1/2  cup           chicken broth
    1      tablespoon    tomato paste
    2      tablespoons   honey
    1      bag           fresh cranberries
    1      tablespoon    butter
 
 Cook everything and after it has reduced add the tablespoon of butter. This is
very nice for Cornish Game Hens
